After you get your survey, please fill it out promptly. It is important that surveys are returned quickly as the quicker they're returned, the quicker we can get started manufacturing. Once about 80-90% of the surveys are in, I can estimate the counts and get started with orders from the factory.
Important stuff!
If you qualified for a FREE Day One mini-Pin, a free Patreon pin or a free washi tape from your tier, it will be in your cart already.
If you are in a single pin tier but added full-sized pin add-ons, your washi tape will be added to your cart before shipping but won't appear in your cart during the survey.
If you added the Mini-pin set of 3 as an add-on, it will ask you which mini pins you want very close to the end of your transaction so just keep going until you see it. It's there. ^^
If the shipping seems ridiculous, there is a known issue on Backerkit where shipping may appear to be expensive until after you add your address. Please add your address and country before contacting me or Backerkit with shipping price questions as that fixes 95% of the issues with them.

Why do I offer such weird Patreon Rewards on a Kickstarter? It's a thank you for my incredibly patient, awesome Patrons because they usually support in both places.
Right now, we have a handful of members so we bank every month's contributions and, when it hits a certain amount, I withdraw it and make a pin.
I try to coincide it with a Kickstarter to save on shipping but to also give Backers a chance to add a pin that is already unlocked or to give them another variant to choose from. During the Krampus Campaign, it was the Trasha Claus pin. This time, it's the NEVER SLEEP CLUB Pin. The goal is to get to the point where we can do this bi-monthly and have a pin club! To do that, we need more members. Funds have been released and the Backerkit Surveys have been approved so I've sent out a Smoke Test! This has gone out to 5% of backers so make sure you check your email and spam folder to see if you were one of the few.
If you are one of the Smoke Test Backers, please let me know if you find any errors or encounter any problems.
Once the Smoke Test surveys are back in with little/no problems, we'll go ahead and send them out to everyone. This usually takes a day or so.

Well, it has been an amazing campaign!
Together we unlocked a whopping 16 full sized pins and 6 mini pins! That's amazing! 😆
We came so close to Unlocking the otters so I'm going to unlock them anyway to bring our total pins up to 18!
We didn't quite get to the Emo Raven, but it will be an unlockable on Backerkit when the surveys go out.
What that means is that it will be a preorder on Backerkit and once enough people add it, it will unlock.
Since this feature only works with credit cards I will be unable to take PayPal as a payment method this time but I think the trade off is worth it!
What happens now?
Well, first, let's take a break to celebrate! This was a lot of fun and I hope you enjoyed the ride!
Our next steps will be for me to get the Backerkit surveys set up and approved and then I will send them out. Typically, they will go out after 2 weeks (Kickstarter's charge window). It should take 2 to 3 weeks for funds to reach me and during that time, I'll be getting our artwork ready for the manufacturers.
Surveys this time will be open for 2 weeks but please get them back to me as soon as possible. The sooner they come back, the sooner I can get a good count and get the ball rolling with our factories.

Manufacturing will begin once I have about 90% of the surveys in. This stage can take a while so please be patient! I will update when I have news to share.
Shipping Updates will be posted here via updates when we are ready to ship. You will also recieve a tracking number if you have given a valid email address.
Late Pledges are available through Backerkit. If you have friends who missed the campaign or if you have just found the campaign, contact me with your email address and I can add you to the survey list or preorder store if surveys have already gone out.
